Company History
Carri Degenhardt opened the doors of D.C. in September 2001, in NYC. Prior to that, she was V.P. of Brokerage Recruiting for J.R. Scott and Associates, in Chicago Ill., for six years. Upon moving to NYC to work at Bear Stearns as V.P. of Recruiting, Carri realized that being internal at a firm detracts from truly independent advice. With over 12 years under her belt now, a regular column in On Wall Street Magazine and exclusive interviews with the leaders of Wall Street brokerage firms, Carri and her teams’ client/candidate centric approach to business helps make your wants, needs and dreams, reality.
